Customer Account
"Registered Users" module provides option to register and maintain customer accounts. These customer accounts can be categorized to specific user groups based on the customer interest.
Registration Form
Allows users to registered to the store by filling in the required details on the web, these information are stored in EC Web database and used as customer base.
Authorize users
Manage list of users, who is not yet accepted by the administrator. Administrator has the ability to disable the user account.
Login
Login module allows users to login to the shop with the login details provided during the registration.
Forgot Password
Forgot password option allows users to retrieve forgot password by providing necessary information.
Order Status
Status of all orders are shown in customer account section with full order details such as registered, paid, picked, shipped, cancelled etc.
Update User Profile
Customers can update their profile such as Name, Address, Telephone number, Email address etc from their My Account page.
